Melissa began her career in the financial services industry in 2005. As a former engineer for one of the “Big Three” auto companies, she brings a detail-oriented perspective to client service. Along with answering operational questions regarding client accounts, she works to streamline processes, facilitate operational solutions, and efficiently and expertly meet our clients’ needs.

Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science from the Lyman Briggs College of Michigan State University, In an effort to add another level of convenience for our clients, Melissa is a Notary Public.

For over 35 years, Melissa and her husband, Tim have been residents of West Bloomfield. They have two adult children. Their daughter Autumn lives in California, which gives them a reason to leave the cold winters for short visits out west each year. Meanwhile, their son Colin is living at home, attending community college full-time and working part-time. An avid reader and enthusiastic golfer, Melissa also enjoys road trips with her husband and taking their two classic cars to car shows. Throughout her children’s school years, she was an active volunteer at both school and church events; including heading up a book drive for an underserved school in Pontiac. While working in the financial industry she has volunteered to beautify schools in Detroit, worked at the Gleaners sorting center and spearheaded multiple projects to gather coats and sleeping bags for the homeless and toys for Toys for Tots.
